Yes — for projects that require a permit (decks over 24" above grade, structural modifications, etc.) we pull the permit on your behalf and manage all inspections. The cost is included in your quote, not added later.

What siding materials do you carry?

We are certified installers for CertainTeed, Gentek, and Ply Gem product lines. We install vinyl, engineered wood, and fibre cement siding in horizontal lap, vertical board-and-batten, and shake profiles across a full colour range.

What's the warranty on roofing work?

Our 25-year workmanship warranty covers all roofing installations. In addition, BP and IKO shingles carry their own manufacturer product warranties ranging from 30 to lifetime depending on the product tier selected. Both warranties transfer to future owners.

Do you offer financing?
