We provide a minimum 2-year workmanship warranty on all installations. Materials carry manufacturer warranties that vary by product — for example, many vinyl siding products carry lifetime limited warranties. Full warranty details are included in your written contract.
What's the best time of year for exterior work?
Spring through fall (April–October) is ideal for most exterior projects. Siding, roofing, and decks can be done in cooler weather but not during heavy frost or snow. We recommend booking in early spring to secure your preferred start date before the season fills up.
How do you handle cleanup after the job?
We do a thorough site cleanup at the end of every work day and a full final cleanup at project completion. This includes removing all waste materials, old siding, shingles, or packaging, and doing a magnet sweep of the yard for any nails or fasteners.
Do you offer financing for larger exterior projects?
Yes — we work with third-party financing partners to help homeowners manage the cost of larger projects such as full siding replacements, roofing, or complete exterior overhauls. Financing options including deferred payment and fixed monthly plans can be discussed during your free estimate. There is no obligation to use financing and approval is subject to qualification.

Do you handle building permit applications for exterior projects?
Yes — for projects that require a building permit (certain decks, additions, structural changes), we manage the full permit application process on your behalf. We know the local requirements for Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding municipalities. Permit fees are passed through at cost with no markup. We don't start permitted work until approvals are in hand, keeping your project fully above-board.
Can you match our existing siding or trim colour exactly?
In most cases, yes. We work with major siding manufacturers and can access current and discontinued colour lines. If you're doing a partial replacement or an addition, bring us a sample and we'll do our best to source a match. For trim and painted surfaces we can colour-match to any existing shade. We recommend a test section on paint jobs before full commitment.
What's the best season to schedule exterior work in Ontario?
Late spring through early fall (May–October) is ideal for most exterior projects — painting, siding, roofing, and decking all perform best when temperatures are consistently above 10°C. That said, we do work through fall for roofing emergencies and certain siding installs. For larger projects like deck demolition and rebuild, our crew will move standard patio furniture as part of the job setup.
